It is clear now that Barack Obama is a fool. This was clear to anyone with Biblical wisdom during the campaign, but it is now becoming clear to everyone. The following analysis of this narcissist is invaluable:

These rather radical comments are also worth considering:

What is telling is that this is a man with absolutely no executive experience in any area of life, and also a man who has never undergone death and resurrection. In Biblical religion, both of these things are necessary for a person to exercise “knowledge of good and evil,” that is, rule over others.
Saul was a fool. Saul may have had a bit of executive experience, but he did not demonstrate it when he ordered his army not to eat anything during battle, and then sought to put fellow-warrior Jonathan to death for having partaken of the “sacramental” flow of honey offered by God’s land. (1 Samuel 14). Additionally, Saul had never undergone death and resurrection. By way of contrast, David had fought lion and bear, spent time learning executive wisdom at Saul’s court (from other men, presumably), and then was driven out into the wilderness for several years, threatened repeatedly with death, before rising to the throne. David was not a perfect ruler, but he was not a fool.
If we look at the campaign in the US last autumn, the Christian voter’s position is pretty much crystal clear. Neither Democratic candidate had any executive experience. Joe Biden is a notorious liar, who delivered no fewer than seventeen blatant lies during his debate with Sarah Palin. He is a man completely devoid of shame and morality, who has vociferously advocated the murder of inconvenient people throughout his career but who showed up last Wednesday was ashes on his forehead. No Christian could vote for such an obvious hypocrite, unless there were simply no other choice.
By way of contrast, Sarah Palin has a lot of executive experience. The numerous lies told about her in the mainstream media, blogosphere, and leaked by the “moderate” and homosexual element in the Republican campaign, only testify to her power as a knowledgeable and competent person. She was hated because she had committed the two unpardonable sins: She willingly gave birth to a downs syndrome child (95% of whom are murdered in the womb), and she did not have her pregnant daughter murder her unborn child.
By the same token, John McCain is a man who has been through death and resurrection. He is a man who understands the horrors of war, unlike Obama and Biden. He is the man who got the US out of the quagmire of Iraq by coming up with the “surge.” McCain had some unfortunate beliefs, like the superstition of man-made global warming, but he is a man of some wisdom, unlike the fool we now have in office.
It was clear to the Christian community that the Republican Party ticket last autumn fulfilled, however imperfectly, the Biblical standards for rule, while the Democrat Party ticket was a pair of fools. The Christian choice was clear, and Christians made it.
(Note: by Christians I do not mean Evangelicals. Evangelicalism in America is a species of mostly gnostic religion. There is no wine in communion. There are no psalms, and certainly no warfare psalms. Evangelicals mostly believe the blasphemy that Jesus is going to fail in His announced programme of discipling all nations. Evangelicals are anti-Bibliocratic. And evangelical academics are so compromised that they cannot understand the first chapter of the Bible. With their rock and roll jazz worship, they are irrelevant. That some evangelicals may have supported Obama is no surprise.) [On evangelicalism and gnosticism, see Philip Lee’s classic Against the Protestant Gnostics, and my own Creation in Six Days.]
Obama announced clearly during the campaign that he would increase the systematic murder of inconvenient people (that is, Jews, I mean babies). He would seek to sodomize the military, as he is seeking to do. He has introduced racism into his administration, in addition to filling it up with tax-cheating crooks. If all of this resembles Nazi Germany, it is no surprise. And if there are “German Christians” (I mean, “with-it evangelicals”) who support this, that is also no surprise.
God has given the US into the arms of fools, and this is a judgment. It is a judgment first of all on the Church, which has refused to exercise any kind of ecclesiastical discipline for several generations. The book of Revelation shows that when the Seven Churches start dealing with sin and rebellion, God begins to change the world. With “evangelicals” deciding that church discipline is unimportant, and even joining hands with the wicked to vote Obama into office, knowing his desire to increase the murder of Jews inconvenient babies, it is clear that judgment is needed. The sooner God destroys the world of evangelical gnosticism, the sooner authentic Christian churches can begin to do what we are called upon to do.
Superb, Jim.
Keep up the politically incorrect truth-telling.
I read those articles. The one about future racial tension makes the scenario like Haman’s election – a judgment sent by God to bring the culture war to a head for a decisive resolution.
Mr. Jordan,
Thank you. This is truly an answer to prayer.
Keith
Mr. Darrell,
You’re welcome. I’ve been a bit surprised at how easily some evangelicals have been taken by Mr. Obama’s rhetorical excellencies. He’s not a Hitler, of course, but he has the same skill, including the same interest in theatre. (Thankfully, America is not a place where you can go whole-hog into political theatre, and that’s an external, and probably also internal, restraint on this narcissist’s inclinations.)
Obama’s campaign speech on the history of racism and race religions in America, for instance, was an atrocious manifestion of a man talking down to everyone, but done so skillfully that loads of people — largely academics — thought it was wonderful. But then again, the academics and intellectuals loved Hitler — they are suckers for this sort of thing, since it very very subtly plays to their unacknowledged prejudices. (The same people despised Sarah Palin for the same reason.)
We can, and should, hope that Mr. Obama will be humbled in office, as Nebuchadnezzar was (Daniel 4). Perhaps he will emerge as a decent leader. So far, however, he has been an advocate of pretty much pure National Socialism (Nazism for short). He wants to bring about a social revolution that will, and is already, destroying the lives of hundreds of thousands of people.
Hi Mr. Jordan,
I was wondering if you could expand a little bit on the Gnostic Evangelicalism idea. This is something I know nothing about which interests me. I suppose I should read the book you recommended, but maybe you could real quick give a brief expansion on what you meant by Jesus failing to disciple all nations and (if there is a condensed way to explain it) shed light on why the genre of worship and the inclusion of psalms is important. Thanks!
Dear Jim,
you are as always a ‘balls-out’ inspiration as set forth here!
I workaround a lot of (supposedly) hot to trot Obama-ites who in November were praising the smoke this guy was blowing.
Now I ask them about their ‘man in office’ and and it’s: ‘duh, well I guess we’ll see…” I guess they couldn’t ‘see’ the first time, more importantly hear what was going on.
On another ‘note,’ regarding the worship comments, what’s a guitarist to do for worship??
Blessings, Joe Jach
Joe,
As a guitarist who played in a “worship band” for years, I think I can help you out.
First, understand that Lord’s Day worship is set apart, it is holy. It should be different. The Star Spangled Banner is different, and we expect it to be. We would laugh if Korn wrote a nation’s anthem. Even Wes Montgomery, whom I consider the pinnacle of guitar greatness, would be weird for anthemic purposes. And we need to be mindful of the difference between worship and entertainment. It is similar to the difference between hospitality and entertainment.
So it is with Lord’s Day music. We are a nation of priests, with our own national culture, which includes music. It is to be somewhat “other.” NOT just bland, dirge-like “traditional.” NO!
But then, when the body comes together at other times, there is then great freedom. But it should always be excellent and reflect God’s manifest glory. We don’t play “Chopsticks” at a funeral.
Thanks for these very profound and thoughtful comments. You statement on Iraq is most interesting. No doubt quagmire is an apt description. I note that you did not say the surge resulted in a win. It’s hard for me to see these results and consider it a win in any way.
Although McCain certainly had experience with war, his blatant distortion of the short conflict in the Republic of Georgia leads me to believe he either has forgotten the lessons of war or has become corrupted by being a politician for so long.
I for one did not see a clear choice in either of the two major candidates and opted for a third party.

Not all that unreasonable to suppose that the parallels between Obama and infamous leaders of the past are all that extreme. It will only take repainting the sign to go from “National Emergency Center” to “Reeducation/Concentration Camp”.
But, your post is the sort of stuff that ought to be said. Good words. Bravo.
Thank you Mr. Jordan.
I remember this be said about Clinton during the Clinton years. Clinton’s narcissism also revealed itself sexually. It may be that Obama’s narcissism focuses on power whereas Clinton’s focused on sex.
Ron, thank you for your very thoughtful reply…
I would appreciate contacting you further about this;
I don’t want to tie up the original intent of this great blog…
Joe J
Jim,
Thank you, as always, for a delightful, insightful read.
Spot on.
There are two possibilities for what is going on with our “economy” right now, if you ask me: 1. Obama and his administration are morons, 2. They know EXACTLY what they’re doing.
Both prospects scare me, and I lean towards #2. If I was a premillennial Gnostic, I’d think we were headed for the mark of the beast and a one-world-order/currency. The latter might be definitely true.
Happy Lent,
Gabe Martini
I had seen this info before in a different form (chain e-mail) and although I agree, I would point out that it appears that there may be issues with the referenced articles and what Dr. Vankin really has stated – see Snopes: http://www.snopes.com/politics/soapbox/vaknin.asp
Thanks for an accurate, concise explanation of what’s going on. It seems that Palin lost it for the Republicans by being far too good a candidate. Isaiah 3:4 comes to mind.
I’m aware that as you’re not a pastor you have a certain freedom to say things that people don’t want to hear. Do you have any advice on how far a pastor might speak along these lines?
“Do you have any advice on how far a pastor might speak along these lines?”
Go whole hog. Kill ’em all. Be all that you ought to be. Be like Jesus. Go old-covenant prophet on ’em.
And of course, do it all with wisdom.
Hello Jim,
You are so right!
Thanks for the encouragement. Your insight about death and resurrection is so true at every level…and should have carried more weight as we chose the President of the US. A few years back I was bemoaning to a wise young BH follower about the state of our church saying that “our church is just dying!” He replied, “Well, Cindy, without death there will be no resurrection.” The Lord has truly brought new life to our church during the recent years. I pray that our churches will be strong to be a refuge for all the fallout that is coming as an outworking of Obama’s policies…..the liberalization of abortion policy, embryonic experimentation, the crashing economy, much less, the threat from militant Islam. We must keep singing the songs of Holy Warfare….Not by might, not by power, but by My Spirit says the Lord….this mountain shall be removed!
Please pray for Gilbert and me as we are continuing to work at the grassroots level with our local Republican Party.
Thanks again and blessings,
Cindy Douglas
I recently finished Philip Lee’s ‘Against the Protestant Gnostics’. I found it to be very edifying.
I agree with the idea that Obama was/is a poor choice as president, but I am not sure about him being a fool, at least insomuch as him accomplishing what he has set out to do — which is to make the US more into a socialist dictatorship than a democratic republic with small government. Although changing this country in that way is foolish, it does appear to be his goal, so him going down the path to achieve it is not necessarily foolish. I would tend to term it ignorant and self-serving.
Also, I completely disagree with your carte blanche labeling of evangelicals. Perhaps in your “neck of the woods”, your description is accurate, however, where I live (in Texas), a majority of churches that consider themselves evangelical do not hold to gnosticism. Just because you can turn on the television and find Joel Osteen with a large crowd doesn’t mean everyone is like that. Indeed, except for those so-termed “evangelical” groups that voted for Obama based on race, most others (at least those in leadership) were opposed to his election. Unfortunately, in most churches, the masses are uninformed as to what’s really in the holy scriptures and would not believe some of what’s there unless you could show them chapter and verse. This is a problem throughout christendom, not just one particular type of church. Each denomination has emphasized pieces and parts of the scriptures without explaining and teaching the whole. “Evangelical” simply describes churches as emphasizing reaching out to the world with the gospel — something the Savior commanded and the apostles carried out. There is always a danger in any denomination of an overemphasis of the “feel-good” parts of Christianity to the detriment of sound doctrine.
I meant “fool” in the Biblical sense. He’s clearly crafty and intelligent.
Obama is an academic in the bad sense of the term. He’s cut off from reality and believes in magic. He thinks he can put out words and that things will magically happen. This was clear during his campaign, and it is even clearer now. The fact that so many Americans also believe in magic is rather disheartening, but it’s no surprise.
What people do not realize is that Obama gave tacit approval to the G–D— America remark screamed by Jeremiah Wright after the attacks of 9-11. By not divorcing himself of this blasphemous fool until Obama was forced to face the fact that he had sat under Wright’s wicked tutelage for 20 years, Obama chose the blind path of doing just that, damning America. Everything that he does subscribes to that policy as do the blind antics of the Democrats who have been given free rein to bury America in debt.
Look up, brother. the King is coming.
